Our BAR and RESTAURANT LA OLMA was opened in 1992 by Marisol Sedano Cebada.
It is located in the square of Polientes, capital of the municipality of Valderredible, in the south of Cantabria.

And it is called "la Olma", because in the past there was a leafy Olma tree not only giving shade to the inhabitants of the village...
This emblematic tree, now extinct, has presided over the squares of towns and villages since time immemorial, witnessing the daily life of each inhabitant from the day of their birth, their work and business, their breaks and chats, until the day of their death...

Currently, Gustavo and Guillermo Lucio, heirs of a family with a long history and business commitment in Polientes, are responsible for the business.
